Registration

The participation fees until the end of July are as follows.
When you would apply after August, the participation fee may increase by 10,000 yen, so please register early.

For academics,
 Individual academics,
  40,000 yen (including fees for farewell Banquet, 3 lunches and 2 suppers)
 Group academic attendee (more than 4 people belonging to the same organization).
  30,000 yen (including fees for farewell Banquet, 3 lunches and 2 suppers)
 Students
  10,000 yen (including fees for farewell Banquet, 3 lunches and 2 suppers)

For business participants
 Individual business participants
  60,000 yen (including fees for farewell Banquet, 3 lunches and 2 suppers)
 Group participants (more than 4 people belonging to the same company)
  40,000 yen(including fees for farewell Banquet, 3 lunches and 2 suppers)

Please register for participation as follows.

Step 1
Please send your information by email(ishmb5@medi-h2.com). The required information is as follows:
1. First name, middle name (if any), family name
2. Affiliation and address
3. Academia, Student, Business, Other classifications
(a) When you are a student, please attach a photo of your student ID.
(b) If you wish to participate in a group (in the case of more than 4 people), please write your group affiliation and each name of the people belonging to the same organization or company. None will be accepted to join the group later for discounting the participation fee.
4. When you are Japanese, please specify whether you are a member or supporting member of the Japanese BioMedical Society for Molecular.
5. Please mention whether you wish to present your study by oral presentation, video presentation, or poster presentation.

Step 2
1. Once you have applied to register, we will send you an email within one week to inform you of the acceptance and the payment method.
2. Please pay the participation fee according to the payment method indicated. If you are coming from overseas, please pay by credit card. VisaCard, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. If you live in Japan, please pay by bank transfer.

Step 3
You will be notified by email that your participation fee has been paid.

Note 1: Regarding Visa (Travel Visa), when necessary, it is your responsibility to obtain your visa (Travel Visa). We will send you the necessary documents, so please request them by e-mail (ishmb5@medi-h2.com).
Note 2: Once payment has been made, there will be no refunds.
Note 3: Please pay the participation fee by credit card, but Visa Card, Master Card, and American Express for foreigners. If you would live in a country where such credit cards cannot be used, please contact us by email (ishmb5@medi-h2.com).
Note 4: Only cash (Japanese yen) will be accepted for on-site participation. If you would not have cash, please withdraw cash from an ATM.
Note 5: There are a limited number of hotels in Tokyo, so please make your own reservation at your convenience.

Please use words application (.docx). Unless otherwise specified, please use Times New Roman, single spaced, 11 point font. Leave 30mm of space on all four sides.
When you embed a figure(s) or Table(s) in the manuscript, please submit a PDF file as well as words file (.docx)

Note 1: We will review the submission and may not be able to accept your request.
Note 2: We will distribute the proceedings of the abstract by being password protected, however this Conference cannot guarantee that the novelty of the patents will be maintained.

Requirements related to clinical trials
For studies involving human subjects, it is recommended to obtain approval from an ethics committee in accordance with the relevant guidelines of each country, and you should state the ethics committee and approval number, as well as the registration identifier in a registration platform such as clinicaltrials.gov or UMIN. However, clinical studies that have neither been approved by an ethics committee and are nor registered in the registration platform will be accepted in this conference. Please refer to the following Japanese guidelines especially on Section 5.1 Case Reports.
